Mr. DeLuce focuses his practice on health care law, business law, residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. DeLuce is a member of the Cumberland County, Dauphin
County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
Mr. DeLuce is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Keystone Human Services, and formerly served as the Chairman of the Board of Keystone Service Systems, Inc., a non-profit corporation that
provides community based services for individuals with
disabilities and families in Central Pennsylvania. He was
a founding member of both the St. Thomas Moore Society
of Central Pennsylvania and the Christopher Columbus 1492
Society. He is a parishioner of St. Joan of Arc Church of Hershey, where he formerly served on its School Board.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Finance from the
Pennsylvania State University, Mr. DeLuce was a district manager
for a heavy equipment manufacturer working out of the western United States.
While in law school, he participated in the school's Washington
Honors Program as a Congressional staff person. After law school,
he served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable James E.
Buckingham, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of York County,
Pennsylvania. He joined the firm in 1985 and became a shareholder in 1992.
He resides in Hershey with his wife, Christine, and
their children, Catherine, Elizabeth and Peter.
