Ms. Greevy has been with Johnson, Duffie, Stewart & Weidner since 2002. Her practice emphasizes family law and special education law. Family law clients may select from a menu of services, including Mediation and Collaborative Law, and traditional representation. Appointed in 2000, she serves as a Custody Conciliator for the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas.
Ms. Greevy received her B.A. in psychology from the University of North Texas in 1977 and her law degree cum laude from Widener University in 1996. Before entering the practice of law, she worked for fourteen years as a social worker at the Harrisburg Institute of Psychiatry.
Ms. Greevy received her Family Mediation training in 2000. She has received advanced training in areas such as Alimony, Custody, and Dealing with Impasse. In 2003, she was recognized as an Advanced Practitioner Member of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR). The Advanced Practitioner designation is reserved for family and divorce mediators who have met strict training and experience requirements. She served as a consultant to the Perry County Division of the Forty-First Judicial District in the design of their Custody Conciliation program.
Ms. Greevy was a founding member of the Independent Collaborative Attorneys of Central Pennsylvania and chaired the group in 2005. She has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Lebanon County Custody Conciliators on subjects related to family law and mediation. Ms. Greevy is a member of the Family Law sections of the Dauphin County, Cumberland County, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is a member of Silver Spring Presbyterian Church where she has served as a Deacon.
