Mr. Manley practices in the fields of insurance defense, automobile, trucking, commercial and product liability litigation. Mr. Manley represents clients in state trial and appellate courts, as well as before district justices, mediators and arbitrators.
He is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Defense Institute and Harrisburg Claims Association. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable John F. Wagner, Jr., Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Manley is active in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and is a co-director of the Fore 81 Golf Classic benefiting the Bret J. Keefe Memorial Scholarship Fund. He is a member of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce. He is a parishioner of St. Theresa's Catholic Church in New Cumberland, where he serves on the organizational committee for the annual Oktoberfest Celebration.
Mr. Manley resides in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania with his wife, Jill, and children Magdalen, Cooper and Layla.
