Mr. Ninosky's practice concentration is in insurance
defense, subrogation, professional malpractice, civil rights, and transportation
law in all Pennsylvania state, federal and appellate courts.
Mr. Ninosky was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania and graduated from the Indiana
University of Pennsylvania. While attending IUP, Mr. Ninosky earned three
varsity letters in baseball, was named a three time PSAC Scholar Athlete,
and won Academic All-American honors.
Mr. Ninosky is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association, Dauphin
County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. In addition,
he is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Defense Research Institute,
the Harrisburg Claims Association, National Association of Subrogation Professionals,
and the St. Thomas More Society. Mr. Ninosky is also an Adjunct Professor
of Advocacy at The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.
Mr. Ninosky is a parishioner of the St. Catherine Laboure Parish. He is
a coach with the Wilhelm-Paxtang Athletic Association, and is the President
of the Paxtang Borough Council. Mr. Ninosky is a member of the Central Dauphin
School District's Parent Advisory Committee and a member of the IUP Alumni
Association's Government Relations Committee.
Mr. Ninosky resides in Paxtang, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Tammy, and
their children Kristen and Johnny.
