Mr. Osborne’s practice concentration is in litigation. He handles matters dealing with professional liability, products liability, premises liability, personal injury, including automobile accidents, nursing home liability and property damage. He also handles professional licensure matters before various state agencies and matters before the PIAA.

He is a graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, where he earned two varsity letters for basketball.

He is a member of the Dauphin County, Cumberland County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Defense Research Institute and Harrisburg Claims Association. He has served as a Hearing Officer in teacher licensure matters. Mr. Osborne is a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church and has served on its Planning and Development Committees. He is past president of the Good Shepherd School Board. He also is past president of the Camp Hill Little League. He has been active in youth sports at the grade school and AAU levels.

Mr. Osborne resides in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Mary Beth, and their four children.
