C. Roy Weidner, Jr.

Mr. Weidner's practice concentration is civil litigation, representing clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and before mediators and arbitrators.

He is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association and the Dauphin County Bar Association. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Defense Research and Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Weidner is a member and past Chairman of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of Lowther Manor Lodge, F. & A.M., Harrisburg Consistory, Zembo Shrine, Royal Order of Jesters, and West Shore Lodge, B.P.O.E.

Mr. Weidner resides in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania with his wife, Susan Schumacher Weidner.

Areas of Practice:		Representation of contractors, owners and design professionals in the courts and before arbitration panels. Representation of municipalities, government officials and insurers in civil rights claims and claims under the Political Subdivisions Tort Claims Act. Representation of insurance companies and their insureds in civil suits and arbitrations, including coverage issues. Arbitrator in underinsured/uninsured motorist arbitrations. Representation of parties to real estate transactions, title insurance companies, real estate agents and agencies in claims arising out of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Representation of individuals, local government agencies and businesses in contract claims, including construction claims, in the courts and before mediators and arbitrators. Representation of business persons and business entities in unfair competition and related claims.
